I have just been told that i am allergic to our one year old golden retriever. ? - my puppy has a chest infection

We have, since I was a puppy. I was in the hospital three times last year with asthma and infections of the lungs. Tests have now shown bird that I am allergic. We all have the opportunity to let your newly assigned affected. I am taking medication (steroids) I can not for an eternity.
